Free for all AC students and staff, $5 otherwise.

About the switch
- WQAC switches to online stream
- The Alma College student radio station was formed in the early 1990's as WQAC, 90.9fm. From its call letters, it quickly became known as the "Quack" and soon after the "Duck." As the original equipment became outdated and after numerous fixes, the decision was finally made to switch to an online stream in the 2006-2007 school year. After many test runs and price quotes, it was decided that going online would be the most effective way to increase listenership will still providing real-world radio experience for our EC and DJs. The moniker "DUCK" will be preserved to remind us of our heritage and to pay homage to our past members and advisors. We hope to begin our first stream in the fall of 2007.
